HOSAA has presence in all Afghanistan. The Main office of HOSAA is located in Kabul-Afghanistan. HOSAA has regional offices in Herat, Paktia, Nangahar, Mazar-e-Sharif and Kandahar. It is to be worth mentioned that HOSAA covers the nearby bay provinces from its regional offices. As an NGO HOSAA has good network with other NGOs, even if the organization do not have project in regions, stills they use the other NGOs office as a shared office.
