The Board of Directors of Humanitarian Organization for Sustainable Actions in Afghanistan (HOSAA) consist of 9 active, highly experienced and qualified professional board of director members with more than 10 years’ experience of working with government, semi government and international donors’ organization.

The geographical experiences of these members are eastern, central, northern, southern and western Afghanistan. Hands on experience of the BoD are from the field of education, training, capacity development, community health, food security advocacy, livelihood projects, small and medium enterprises development, Natural resource management, watershed management, monitoring and evaluation, gender equity, financial management and child survival.

While the organization is led by a director and deputy director (full time active working executives) elected out of the BoD by the members of the board.
