The director is the head of HOSAA management committee. The management committee is composed of the HOSAA director and the management. The manager who part of the management committee is also heads of particular department in the organization. All decision regarding the daily matters and program are firstly taken by the management and the director later on reports it to the Board of Trustees who makes necessary arrangement for its approval, change or rejection. The project is led by the Project Manager who is supported by his officers. He/ She is also part of the management committee of HOSAA. He/ She is responsible for the implementation of the project with the support of the management body and his officers.
